  • Locate, organize and identify personal belongings
  • Take measurements to determine what you can or cannot take to your new home or what you would like to keep in your current home.   Create an inventory of items with pictures and identify their destination.
  • Organize, set aside and attend to the removal of all designated items.
  • Arrange and coordinate  the appraisal of items to be sold (see Estate Disposition Pkg)
  • Manage the marketing, sale and closure of all items to be sold.  Complete the documentation of sales, receipts and financial statement
  • Arrange for removal of all unwanted items
  • Assist and coordinate pet arrangement for move date
  • Co-ordinate the preparation of the new residence for occupancy
  • Coordinate the professional packing and moving of belongs to new residence or appropriate disposal location
  • Manage the cleaning and staging of the current home to prepare for selling (See Staging Services)
  • Assist with connection to Community Resources
